1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Paul Wild and is protected by United States copyright laws.
No Reproduction: Purchase of a physical artwork or print does not transfer copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, scan, resell, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Paul Wild.
2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
One-of-a-Kind Items: Many items sold are original artworks. In the rare event that two orders are placed for the same original piece simultaneously, the first processed order will stand, and the second will be fully refunded.
Errors: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel orders if any information is incorrect.
3. Payment & Order Acceptance
Payment: All prices are in USD. Transactions are processed securely via Square. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
All Sales Final: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
4. Local Commissions
Geographic Limitation: Commissioned artwork services are strictly limited to clients residing within a 30-mile radius of Harpswell, Maine. We reserve the right to deny service or cancel a commission inquiry if the client's location falls outside this boundary.
5. Limitation of Liability
Paul Wild Art is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
